How much does MatrixRec cost?
Starter is £49 a month for up to 3 consultants, Growth is £149 a month for up to 10, and Enterprise is £399 a month for unlimited consultants. Every plan is priced per agency, not per seat, and starts with a 14-day free trial. See full pricing.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Sign up with your name, email and agency name and you are in. We ask for a card only when you choose a plan at the end of the 14 days. If you do nothing, the account pauses and your data is kept.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet or CRM data?
Yes. Upload a CSV of candidates or clients and map the columns. Names, mobiles, emails, notes and call history come across. On the Enterprise plan we do the migration from your old CRM with you.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. MatrixRec installs on iPhone and Android from the browser, so there is nothing to download from an app store. Consultants work the morning call list, tap to dial and log outcomes from the van or the site.
How is MatrixRec different from Bullhorn or Vincere?
Those are excellent products for large, mostly white-collar agencies. They charge per user, expect an annual contract and take weeks to implement. MatrixRec is priced per agency, month to month, set up in an afternoon, and built around labour desks: tickets, site plans, Right to Work checks and morning calls. Compare with Bullhorn or Vincere.
Where is my data stored? Is it GDPR compliant?
Your data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres in the UK (UK West), encrypted in transit and at rest, and each agency has its own isolated tenant. We act as your data processor and can provide a data processing agreement on request. Read the privacy policy.
Does it handle temp and labour-hire work, not just permanent placements?
It was built for it. Placements have start and end dates, land on a weekly site plan per client, and the approved week exports to Excel for payroll and invoicing. Permanent placements are recorded the same way without the weekly plan.
Can I text candidates from it?
Yes. Select a group of candidates from any search and send a bulk SMS from your agency’s own sender name. Opt-outs are handled automatically: if a candidate replies STOP they are excluded from future campaigns. Messages go through your own TextMarketer or Esendex account so there is no mark-up from us.
Who owns my data if I cancel?
You do. Cancel from Settings at any time, ask us for an export of your candidates, clients, jobs and placements, and we will send it as CSV. We do not lock data behind a contract.
